JS error on pages containing the calendar block using IE11

      Test this on IE11 and Chrome

      1. Log in as admin and go to the calendar page
      2. Verify that there is no error on the page
      3. Create a user event on any day of the current month
      4. Verify that you can show/hide the event you have created by clicking on the "Show user events" or "Hide user events" link on the "Events key" block

    Description

      I'm getting the following error on the dashboard page when using IE11:

      This seems to happen on master only.
