This issue / epic is the bag to add all the issues in the tracker that are related with random failures in the CI infrastructure. Only randoms!

This includes random failures in phpunit/behat and any other job/check.

Note that, all the issues in this epic, when coming from any jenkins instance should also have its counterpart entry in the "Failure Cause Management" facility, with a proper indication created, pointing to the MDL issue in this Epic.

It's really important to have the failures under control both here in the Tracker and in Jenkins, to avoid both dupes and having to look once and again for the same failures.

Also, with jenkins reporting facilities we can easily prioritize here the issues that happen often and are more "impacting".
