Log in as admin

Open the messaging app and click on your name to send a message to yourself

Open the browser’s Developer Tools, navigate to the axe tab, and run an analysis on the page

Verify that you do not see the error "Buttons must have discernible text" for the "button[data-action="toggle-emoji-picker"]" element

The button to choose an emoji in the chat area is an empty button. The screen reader simply reads it as "button" which does not make sense.
