Moodle A is configured as an LTI provider with a course published

Moodle B is being configured as a consumer

Register the external tool from Moodle A in Moodle B, at the first step - where you see 'successful registration' and 'continue' there are extraneous elements visible, some are missing styling as no CSS is loaded within the iframe. On other themes (e.g. adaptable) it is entirely broken in a really baffling way...

      Description

Moodle A is configured as an LTI provider with a course published

Moodle B is being configured as a consumer

      All as per documentation

The page layout for enrol/lti/proxy.php is set to popup where it should be embed.

When you register an external tool from Moodle A in Moodle B the first step - where you see 'successful registration' and 'continue' has some additional elements visible in it. On other themes (e.g. adaptable) it is entirely broken in a really baffling way...

My understanding is that the popup page layout is for pages that will be shown in a pop up within the Moodle whereas embed is for pages that will be embedded e.g. in iframe as is the case here.
