Update table_sql to support dynamic show/hide of columns

    • Testing Instructions:
      Hide
      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Go to a course with some enrolled users.
      3. Go to Participants
      4. In the table header, click the minus icon of a column.
      5. Make sure the column gets hidden without reloading the whole page.
      6. Now click on the icon.
      7. Make sure the column is now visible
      8. Try to hide/show other columns.
      9. Make sure it works as expected.
      10. Try other combinations like using the initials bar, pagination bar with the column hidden.
