Random failures on log in/out from various scenarios

      To control various random problems where the login page doesn't seem to be available ("Username" not found). Happening on award badge scenarios... maybe others.

      Originally was reported as part of MDL-65816 ... but it seems that continues happening, rarely, but happening.
