Allow the ability to truly select all items in a paginated grid

This is a request to expand the checkbox-toggleall feature that was introduced. It would be great if once we click on the select all checkbox, an option/message is provided to also select all records that match the filter - records which would normally appear on subsequent pages.

e.g. Like how google does, it displays a message when the select all checkbox is activated asking "Would you like to select all records that match the filter"
