Quiz review page doesn't respect access rule (doesn't call $accessmanager->prevent_access())

    Description

      Not sure if this is by design, but quiz/review.php doesn't call  $accessmanager->prevent_access() as other pages.

      It seems like it should call it as technically we are still in the quiz and in our case, Safe Exam Browser rule requires a student to use SEB all the time while in the quiz.
