After the patch, run again phpunit tests from file h5p/tests/helper_test.php:

mdk phpunit -r -u h5p/tests/helper_test.php

Check now there are executed 11 tests and 23 assertions.

In order to execute it automatically, the method can_update_library should be renamed to test_can_update_library in h5p/tests/helper_test.php.
