As an instructional designer
I want to have the option to change the name of the folders
So that I can correct mistakes, typos, order content in a better way or make the content easier to find.

Acceptance criteria:

• Be able to change existing folder's name.

List of tasks:

• Implement functions needed to change the name of the folders.
• Create or use capabilities to update folders
• Implement the UI to rename  folders
