Forum grading rubric does not display to students and feedback can not be seen in the gradebook

    Description

      Hello all, 

      I  just discovered some additional issue with the new forum grader UI when using a rubric (which I love btw)

      1. The rubric does not display to students before or after grading.
      2. Feedback comments added to the rubric by the instructor are not displayed to students in the gradebook or in the forum once graded.
