Forum grading rubric & grading guide does not display to students and feedback can not be seen in the gradebook

      Hello all, 

      I  just discovered some additional issue with the new forum grader UI when using a rubric (which I love btw), or a grading guide.

      1. The rubric or grading guide does not display to students before or after grading.
      2. Feedback comments added to the rubric or grading guide by the instructor are not displayed to students in the gradebook or in the forum once graded.
