Workshop: should remember collapsed/expanded sections

Log in as an admin or a teacher. Create a new Workshop module instance in a course. Check that during the initial "Setup phase" the "Description" section is collapsible. Note down the state in which you left it (collapsed or expanded) Switch the workshop to the Submission phase Check that "Your submission" and "Workshop submissions report" are collapsible sections, too. Change their status (e.g. collapse them both). Log out. Log in again as the same user and go back to the created workshop. Check that all collapsible sections are in the state in which you have left them.
