Adapt H5P to RTL texts

      1.  Login as admin and open administration menu
      2. In H5P > H5P settings verify the "BIDI buttons" checkbox is checked
      3. go to content bank
      4. try to upload/create h5p content
      5. click on edit button on the h5p content
      6. click on Field that enable WYSIWYG editor (ckeditor)
      7. verifiy that there is directionality buttons and they change the content tirection from ltr to rtl and from rtl to ltr
      8. retrun to H5P > H5P settings in the administration menu
      9. unchecked the "BIDI buttons" checkbox 
      10. go to content bank
      11. open the content you already create and click on the edit button
      12. click on Field that enable WYSIWYG editor (ckeditor)
      13. verifiy that there is no directionality buttons

      All Moodle H5P implementation in Moodle should be compatible with RTL texts. This issue is for testing it and develope the necessary patches for this.
