Add the ability to set the join type between filters in the participants filter

      1. Open participants page
        1. Confirm that there is only one condition on the page initially
        2. Confirm that there is only one join type (Any/All/None) and that it is in the filter row
        3. Confirm that there is no text between the filter row, and the "Add condition" link
      2. Click add condition
        1. Confirm that a new filter row was added
        2. Confirm that a new filter join dropdown was added above the first filter row
        3. Confirm that there is a text saying "or" between the filter rows
        4. Confirm that there is no text between the filter row, and the "Add condition" link
      3. Change the "Match any" to "Match none"
        1. Confirm that the "or" changes to "and not"
      4. Change the "Match none" to "Match all"
        1. Confirm that the "and not" changes to "and"
      5. Add another condition
        1. Confirm that a new filter row was added
        2. Confirm that the text saying "and" is shown between each of the filter rows
      6. Delete one of the filters (any of themf
        1. Confirm that you can still see the filterset jointype (Match all at the top)
        2. Confirm that the "and" is still shown between the two remaining filter rows
      7. Click the "Clear filters"
        1. Confirm that the filterset jointype has been removed
        2. Confirm that there is only one join type (Any/All/None) and that it is in the filter row
        3. Confirm that there is no text between the filter row, and the "Add condition" link
