Testing Instructions:

Navigate to Site Administration > Front Page > Front Page Settings

Under "Front Page Items When Logged In" set a field to: "List of Courses"

Create a new course.

Add a course image in the course settings and save.

Navigate back to the homepage

View the HTML for the image. Verify the alt text is "Course image"
