In larger courses, when students are assigned to groups, and teachers have multiple groups, it would be very helpful, if each teacher could filter for their assigned students.

I envision two ways to provide this possibilty:

1) Generating Cohorts holding each teacher's groups. This would require the new possibility to filter for cohorts

2) Generating Groups from groups. This would allow to generate a group for the teacher an import members of other groups (just as available for cohorts)

(I hope my terminology is correct, given I use a German installation)
