Prerequisite Moodle mobile app. Your Moodle mobile app should be able to connect to your Moodle website. You can either do the following: Ensure that the phone with the mobile app and the web server are on the same network. Or Expose the web server over the internet via ngrok. Test As admin, enable "Mobile services": Site administration ► Mobile app ► Mobile settings Enable Tags via Administration > Advanced features and Save changes Now go to Administration > Mobile app > Mobile app features In the "Disabled features settings", choose the option "Main menu > Tags" and Save changes Access to the Moodle site with any user via the Moodle app Open the "More" menu, the one at the bottom right that is represented by three horizontal bars and confirm that You don't see a "Tags" menú item among the other menu items/options displayed there
