Can't filter for names starting with ö ä ü

At the moment I cannot filter for names which start with either of those letters:

ö ä ü

There should either be a selection for those letters or they should show in their corresponding alternate notation:

ö oe, ä ae, ü ue.

In example I cannot see my surname in "O".
