    Description

The moodle form lost focus after File picker dialog closed.

      1. Upload a file using the file uploader/file picker.
      2. Once uploaded, press tab
      3. The focus is on the top of the page. When we press tab again, the browser will focus on 'skip to main content'.

It should logically stay in the 'File upload' area (maybe focus on the uploaded file itself) so that you can quickly tab to the 'Save' or 'Submit' button (depends on if using forum, workshop, quiz or assignment).
