Noted: This patch needs to be tested on Moodle 3.8. Overlap issue Create a Course. Go to Question Bank. Create a Drag and Drop onto image question. Add background image for the question. Add Draggable item 1 with the following values: Type: Draggable image. Add an image for Draggable item 1. In Drop zone 1, fill with the following values: Top and Left: Empty. Draggable item: Choose the Draggable item 1. Verify that the Draggable item 1 will be added and located on the top-left corner of the background, not under the background image. Verify that the Draggable item 1 will not be overlapped with the Draggable items section. Size and Edge issue Create a Course. Go to the Question Bank. Import the attached question to Question Bank. Edit the imported Question (testquestion.moodle.xml) Verify  that the Drop zones in the Editing form have the same size (width/height) as the Drop zones on the Preview page. Verify  that you can drag the Drop zones to the right edge and bottom edge normally while editing.  Verify  that you can drag the Drop zones normally while previewing.
