Description
When viewing the Dashboard page there is an Undefined error, with debugging enabled no additional detail is displayed.
Reinstalled a couple of times, cleaned the cache, and re-created the database... it doesn't work
p/s The calendar is constantly hanging in the process of working.
Running PHP 7.2.29 / Apache 2.2.35
Brand new installation of Moodle 3.8.2 / 3.7.5
