Fix drawer links to content bank

      • Login as Admin.
      • Create a Course.
      • Create an activity in the Course (ex. Assignment)

      Test 1 (Test content bank navigation link in an activity)

      1. As Admin go to the Course.
      2. Click on the Content bank link in the navigation drawer (NOTE: In 'Classic' theme the content bank link is in the "Site pages" sub-menu)
      3. In the Content bank click on the "Upload" button and add an h5p file (You can use the uploaded h5p file in this issue)
      4. Go to the Assignment in the Course
      5. Click on the Content bank link in the navigation drawer
        • make sure you can see the content uploaded earlier in the content bank of the Course.

      Test 2 (Test content bank icon output in Classic)

      1. As Admin go to Site administration > Appearance > Theme selector and change the theme from Boost to Classic
      2. Go to the Dashboard
        • make sure there is a "brush" icon in the content bank link in the navigation drawer 
      3. Click on "Courses" in the navigation drawer (by default a list courses in the Miscellaneous category will be displayed)
        • make sure there is a "brush" icon in the content bank link in the navigation drawer (The content bank link is in the "Site pages" sub-menu)
      4. From the list of courses click on Course (only Course should be available anyways)
        • make sure there is a "brush" icon in the content bank link in the navigation drawer (The content bank link is in the "Site pages" sub-menu)
      5. Go to the activity (Assignment) in the Course.
        • make sure there is a "brush" icon in the content bank link in the navigation drawer (The content bank link is in the "Site pages" sub-menu)

    Description

      In both Boost and Classic, the content bank links in the drawer/navigation block at module context level is linked to system level content bank (only for users have system level permission).

      At module context level, content bank link's behavior should be same as at course level.

      And the icon shown in Classic should always be a brush.
