Archive.org URLs cannot be stored in Database activity URL field

Some URLs of the archive.org website cannot be saved in the URL field, for Database activity.

Use case: In a database activity, my students have to document events with websites (newspapers or other web sources). The have to:

1) give the URL of the web page

2) go to archive.org and make sure this web page is archive (if not, they archive it)

3) add in the Moodle activity the URL of the page archived in archive.org

For instance, students have to enter such text in a Moodle URL field:

https://web.archive.org/web/20200423092125/https://www.lemonde.fr/keyhani/article/2013/04/22/la-justice-iranienne-condamne-un-homme-a-etre-grime-en-femme-et-exhibe_5994379_5470831.html

Indeed, they can enter this value, but it is not saved, as shown by the two screenshots attached.

As a workaround, I use a long text field. It is harder to use afterwards, takes more room in the GUI...

This has been tested on Moodle 3.5.11 (build 20200312) and Moodle 3.4.
