Change the bold plugin to use <strong> instead of <b> for accessibility

    • Testing Instructions:
      Hide
      • Ensure you are using the Atto Editor
      • Navigate to Profile>Edit Profile
      • Type in some text in the description text area
      • Highlight the text and click on the bold button
      • Click 'Update Profile'
      • Navigate to Preferences>Editor Preferences
      • Set Text Editor to 'Plain text area'
      • Click 'Save Changes'
      • Click on 'Edit Profile'
      • Verify that you are now seeing <strong> tags instead of <b> tags

      Description

      Accessibility rules require that bold text use the <strong> tag. Currently the bold atto plugin uses the <b> tag if the browser forces it. Change the plugin to ensure only the <strong> tag is used.
