Change the italics plugin to use <em> instead of <i> for accessibility

      • Ensure you are using the Atto Editor
      • Navigate to Profile>Edit Profile
      • Type in some text in the description text area
      • Highlight the text and click on the italics button
      • Click 'Update Profile'
      • Navigate to Preferences>Editor Preferences
      • Set Text Editor to 'Plain text area'
      • Click 'Save Changes'
      • Click on 'Edit Profile'
      • Verify that you are now seeing <em> tags instead of <i> tags

      Accessibility rules require that italics text use the <em> tag. Currently the italics atto plugin uses the <i> tag if the browser forces it. Change the plugin to ensure only the <em> tag is used. This code was migrated from the Brickfield Education Labs Editor accessibility efforts.
