Qtype_essay: Adding file-size limit to the attachment files

      1. Create a course
      2. Go to Question bank
      3. Create a question category
      4. Create an essay question type
      5. Do the generic question setting (Question name, Question text, ...)
      6. Under Response options, for Allow attachments select a number, and for Maximum file size select a size (10KB, 50KB, ...)
      7. Press Save and continue editing button and then preview the question.
      8. On preview page under the response box you will see the filepicker's message about Maximum file size: e.g. 10MB, maximum number of files: e.g. 2. For instance if you have selected 2 for Allow attachment and 10MB for Maximum file size; the file picker message would be: Maximum file size: 10MB, maximum number of files: 2
      9. When trying to upload a file exceeding the maximum chosen file size, you will obviously get a popup alert.

    Description

      Adding a select menu to the essay question type form to allow question authors choosing the maximum file size (maxbytes) from the dropdown menu while creating or editing an essay question.

      When questions are attempted, users can see the Mximum file size and the number of attachments they are allowed to upload.
