      Description

Ordered and unordered lists can be nested only if the indent and outdent buttons are used. There is no key shortcut. Currently, the list buttons are on the main toolbar, while the indent buttons are on the additional toolbar. For accessibility, these buttons should be close together. Move the indent buttons next to the list buttons on the main toolbar by default.

This code was migrated from the Brickfield Education Labs Editor accessibility efforts.
