Testing Workshop:

1. As a teacher, navigate to the a course and add a Workshop activity with Grading strategy = Rubric
2. Select "Edit assessment form"
3. Fill out the criteria and levels.
4. Under Rubric Configuration, choose List.
5. Save and Preview.
6. Confirm that there are extra line breaks between all but the first two levels.

Testing Feedback:

1. As a teacher, navigate to the a course and add a Feedback activity
2. Add a multiplechoice question and Preview it
3. Confirm that there are extra line breaks between all but the first two levels.

Description:

• In the assessment form, extra line breaks are inserted (<br> in html source) between all but the first two levels. I think there should not be any extra line breaks.
• BTW I noticed the same kind of list behavior in MC questions in the feedback module.
