There's no svg 'hamburger' menu icon for Boost theme when fontawesome is not used

      Testing for Boost theme:

      1. Delete this line on theme/boost/config.php file:

       

      $THEME->iconsystem = '\\theme_classic\\output
      icon_system_fontawesome';

       

      1. Log in as admin, using Boost theme.
      2. Go to Dashboard
      3. Confirm the given icon is rendered for the 'hamburguer' menu on the top left.

    Description

      We should create an svg formatted icon called menubars, and add it to pix/i directory. Themes don't use font awesome will render the given icon.
