      Description

Resource table has a alltext field of type text in MySQL. This allows only 65535 bytes. Resources are usually not longer, but in case of Federal Laws (or in some other nonfrequent cases) it may be longer. In case the text is longer there is a simple cut-off without any warning. Why not to extend alltext to mediumtext or longtext?
