YouTube video displayed twice in wiki

      Follow the reported steps to reproduce and make sure you see the expected behaviour:

      1. Log in as an admin and go to 'Manage media players' in the Site administration.
      2. Make sure that the VideoJS player is enabled and in the VideoJS player settings, 'YouTube videos' is ticked.
      3. In a course, create a new Wiki activity instance.
      4. Log in as a student and edit a wiki page in HTML format.
      5. Click the Media icon ('Insert or edit and audio/video file') in the Atto text editor, then enter a YouTube URL e.g. https://youtu.be/WGFccLeDjlI
      6. Save the page.
      7. TEST Check that a single embedded player is shown to play the video.

      Steps to reproduce:

      3. Log in as a student (perhaps in a different browser) and edit a wiki page in HTML format.

      5. Save the page.

      Expected result: The YouTube video is displayed nicely.

      Actual result: The YouTube video is displayed twice.
