ChartJS quiz overview report should display numerical ranges LTR also for RTL languages

      1. As a teacher, navigate into Quiz grading report, with at least one student that finished a quiz attempt, and make sure you see a bar chart graph at the bottom of the page.
      2. Switch language to one of the RTL languages (Hebrew, Arabic, Farsi, ... )
      3. Now look again at the graph, and make sure the numerical labels at the bottom of each bar are displayed from left to right (i.e 0-1, 1-3, 3-6, ... ) lower number-higher number.

      It seems like a ChartJS issue, that is probably all over Moodle, where numerical ranges should be displayed in LTR, and not in RTL as they are displayed now.

      Attached is a screenshot from qa.moodledemo.net - Quiz overview report in RTL mode.

      Also the numerical range data should display in LTR.

      I will search for other examples, where ChartJS is used

      With the QA site linked, make sure to provide a grade for the attempt that requires grading before generating the report.
