Performance information ignores logging events

    Description

      Performance information (from Site administration -> Development -> Debugging) displayed in the footer does not take into account time and resources spent for managing logging.

       

      This may become problematic when extra log stores are used. If they perform poorly, Moodle will hide the time spent there.
