Access to "Site administration / Language / Language packs" and install at least one language pack (for instance, "Español - Internacional (es)").

Go to "Site administration / Language / Language customisation" and customise the following string in the "Español - Internacional (es)" language pack (you will need to "Open language pack for editing" and then search the following string in contentbank.php component):

upload: Subir

Save changes to the language pack

Create a course.

Go to the content bank of this course.

Verify the "upload" button text is displayed in English.

Change the language to "Español - Internacional (es)".

Verify the "upload" button text is localized.
