No activity is displayed in the Content bank when language is different from English

      Prerequisites

      Spanish language installed in Moodle. If Spanish language pack is not installed, follow the steps to install it.

      1. As admin go to Site administration > Language > Language packs
      2. Select 'Español - Internacional (es)' in the 'Available language packs' list. 
      3. Click 'Install selected language pack(s)

      Test

      1. As an admin go to 'Content bank' (in the drawer for Boost theme, in Navigation block > Site pages for Classic theme).
      2. Click on 'Upload' button.
      3. Upload attached arithmetic-quiz.h5p file and 'Save changes',
      4. Go again to the content bank using the "content bank" link in the breadcrumb
      5. Add '&lang=es' at the end of the URL
      6. Confirm the 'Add' button now it's labelled 'Agregar'.
      7. Click on the 'Agregar' button and confirm there is at least one element labelled 'Arithmetic Quiz'

      When selecting a language different to English (such as Spanish), the H5P activities displayed in the "Add" list, to create one of them, is empty.
