'Go to top' button isn't sticky in the gradebook when scrolling right

      Please test this in Boost and Clean and multiple different browsers.

      1. Login in as Admin.
      2. Go to Site administration > Development > Make test course
      3. Create a course of size M
      4. Go to the created Course
      5. Go to the Grade book ('Grades')
      6. Scroll down the page until a "Go to top" button appears in the bottom right corner of the page
      7. Scroll to the right of the page
        • make sure the "Go to top" button is still displayed in the same bottom right position on the screen.

    Description

      As found by avimoto in MDLQA-14610:

      In a course with 10 or more activities and around 50 enrolled users, the 'Go to top' button isn't sticky in the gradebook when scrolling right and can disappear.

      The problem is the same in both Boost and Classic.
