Brackets containing number of courses displayed incorrectly in Arabic

Dear Moodle

We offer a mixture of Arabic and English courses. When Arabic courses are displayed on home page, the brackets containing the number of courses in those categories are not displayed correctly. They appear as follows:

Leadership (5)

____

I would expect:

____

(4) برمجيات الإحصاءات الرسمية

Leadership (5)

____

To reproduce this problem, simply change any course category containing courses to Arabic.
