Forum and Lesson do not allow a change to max grade after a grade has been given

Requirements: Course with teacher & student enrolled Steps Log in as a teacher Navigate to course Turn editing on Click " Add an activity or resource " under any section Click the " Lesson " activity Fill out required information i.e. name: MDL-68915 Press " Save and display " Click " Add a question page " Select the true/false question type Fill out the required information (not important what the content is) Click " Save page " Now login as a student Navigate to your created lesson Complete this lesson in the course Log in back as the teacher Navigate to your created lesson Go to the settings by clicking the cog icon Now try to edit/modify the Grade -> Maximum grade to a different value than it already has Confirm that the user should not be able to edit the Maximum grade to a different value. It's disabled for an update . Note: This change reflects same behavior for activities: Forum, Database, Glossary and Lesson.
