    Description

This is an issue raised from MDLQA-14172.

Once a user has been given a grade in either the forum or the lesson, changing the points (say from 100 to 50) and saving the setting for the activity does not result in any change. Going back into the settings will show that the previous grade is still there.

The assignment module has a drop down to determine if the grade can be changed and if student grades should be rescaled. Perhaps this should be introduced into these other modules as well.
