Navigate to a course

In the course turn editing on

Click the add an activity link

On the activity chooser favourite one of the activities

Verify you see 4 buttons, Starred, All, Activities and Resources

Click each of the tabs

Verify the items the buttons never overlap any other page content

Repeat the above test on firefox or chrome and confirm it works the same.
