Nav tabs container collapses on safari

      Please test this issue using Safari on Mac or IOS only. 

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to a course
      3. In the course turn editing on
      4. Click the add an activity link
      5. On the activity chooser favourite one of the activities
      6. Verify you see 4 buttons, Starred, All, Activities and Resources
      7. Click each of the tabs
      8. Verify the items the buttons never overlap any other page content
      9. Repeat the above test on firefox or chrome and confirm it works the same.
