Accepted file types dialog too long

      As a teacher, open an assignment settings page, then, open the "Submission types" section and click the "Accepted file types" "choose" button, to see a very long dialog, which will make you, probably, scroll 2 more pages, to see the "Save changes" button.

      Suggestion: Fix dialog (body) height with auto scrollbars.
