It has become increasingly apparent that many terms we use today could make people feel unwelcome or excluded from the community. A key example is that of whitelist and blacklist when used to allow/deny things.

We should do an audit of all language in Moodle for these kinds of exclusive language and look to update them to be more inclusive.
