Rename terms to use inclusive language

As discussed in MDL-69042, these are exclusive and potentially derogatory terms.

We need to:

• rename all language strings
• rename all settings

I feel that we should also look to rename the relevant variables where possible, but this should be as a separate commit to make it easier to track down failures as a result of this change.
