Login as admin.

Go to "Site administration / Badges / Manage backpacks".

Create a badge backpack with the following data:

Backpack API URL: https://backpack.openbadges.org.badgr.io/

Backpack URL: https://backpack.openbadges.org.badgr.io/

API version supported: Open Badges v1.0

Save changes.

Check the new backpack has the "Edit" button in the "Manage backpacks" page.

Check the "Edit" button still appears for the existing backpacks ("https://badgr.io").

- API version supported: Open Badges v1.0
Save changes.

Expected result:

The new backpack has the "Edit" button in the "Manage backpacks" page.

Current result:

The "Edit" button is not displayed for the OBv1.0 badge backpack created (only the Remove icon is displayed).
