Add "Badges" to User actions menu (in profile page)

From the User profile page, in the "Actions menu" there are several links to edit profile or accessing to the preferences page. 

A link to the "Backpack settings" should be added to this menu in order to make easier to access them (now you need to select "Preferences" from the User menu and then click the "Backpack settings" link).
