Language filters aren't correctly applied in "Whole forum grading"

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to Plugins > Filters > Manage filters in site administration
      3. Set Multi-Language Content to On and Apply to Content and headings
      4. Create a course
      5. Create a graded forum (changing Grade field to "Point" into the "Whole forum grading" section) named:

        <span class="multilang" lang="en">Forum (EN)</span><span class="multilang" lang="es">Forum (ES)</span>
        

      6. Open created forum.
      7. Check the forum name is only "Forum (EN)".
      8. Click on "Grade users" button.
      9. Check the forum name is shown everywhere as "Forum (EN)".
      10. Check "Forum (ES)" is not displayed.

    Description

      Language filters aren't correctly applied in Whole Forum Grading.

      When using filter_multilang2 this issue makes the forum grading totally usable because that filter uses "{" and "}" on its notation and that breaks the JSON.
