Forum grading panel cannot be used when zoomed to 400%

Setup Create a forum with whole forum grading turned on. Set the forum's grading method to either Rubric with at least 4 criteria and levels or Marking guide with at least 4 criteria. Log in as various users in the course and create one or more discussions and post one or more replies to discussions within the forum. Make sure there is at least one user with a very long name Log in as a teacher. Test   Change your browser size to 320px width and 256px height Navigate to the forum page. Press " Grade users " Verify the grading interface is scrollable with a sticky navbar Verify you can use the arrow buttons to view all users Confirm that you can scroll down the grading panel and you can fully see the "Notifications" radio group
