Insufficient colour contrast for .*-info classes

      2. Navigate to a course
      3. Restore the attached backup file (it is a page resource)
      4. View the restored page
      5. Use some accessibility contrast checker (wave or axe)
      6. Verify all elements in the page content pass the colour contrast checks

      Info classes like ".text-info" currently use the colour "$cyan" which has a colour contrast ratio against a white background of 2.09:1. This does not meet the Level AA requirement for colour contrast. Perhaps we should make this a little bit darker to achieve better contrast.
