Login as admin

Navigate to Messaging > Notification settings in site administration

Under Notification plugins press Settings on the Mobile row

Confirm that the link in the alert at the top of the page reads:

Please note that the number of user devices allowed to receive notifications depends on your Moodle app subscription. For details, visit the Moodle Apps Portal.

Confirm that the link to the "Moodle Apps Portal" takes you to https://apps.moodle.com
